Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

Post-Access: Once access to the course has been granted, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Pre-Access: If no one has accessed the course materials, you may cancel your order within 24 hours (i.e., if course access has not been issued by the UAE Institute of Advanced Technology team).

Refund Requests:

Processing Time: After submitting a refund request, please allow up to one business day for us to make a decision. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
